The NLA office allows tenants to complete maintenance requests online and the office responds very quickly. We had a broken screen and a door that would not latch properly.  The maintenance staff took care of these issues quickly. This response time was very much appreciated. Thank you.

NLA allowed me to move into my townhome one week earlier than my lease start date which helped my moving company have a place to transfer my furniture to. They are very caring and easy to work with. They understand when situations occur, you have to make adjustments to help people out.
